This is why i was put on xolair, it had less to do with which treatment would be more effective and more to do with which one i’d actually comply with. Unless the conditions are perfect for my brain, i won’t take the meds, so even at night when i do remember, it’s usually right after or right before i eat something and i won’t allow myself to take it (maybe some OCD at play here too idrk).
